Frank Williams was born and raised in the city of Granada Hills, located in California's Los Angeles area. While living there, he spent several years working with special needs children and adults at the local high school district.  During this time, he was also heavily involved in volunteering for the Special Olympics program in his city. In 2012, he received a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis.  After receiving his degree, he began working as a behavioral technician, providing in-home behavioral services to clients of all ages, including those with and without varying disabilities. Frank is new to the Palouse area, having moved to Pullman in August of 2017, but has already begun to think of it as his new home.
